I would like to invite you to become familiar with an endeavor I have taken upon myself to create.
I stable my horse at Cedar Ridge Ranch in Missouri Heights, Near Glenwood Springs Colorado. 2.5 years ago I acquired a horse, Wahsabi, that I wanted to introduce to 3 day eventing. Wahsabi needed to experience natural fences, he took to jumping with great fear and suspicion. So with Pam and Randy Johnsons's, owners of Cedar Ridge Ranch, permission, help from friends and local merchants, I steadily built some fences on the Ranch.

Due to liability insurance issues, only I, could use the fences and eventually the course that has evolved. I sincerely believe that I have built a valuable commodity that I would like to share with those of you who would like to experience these kind of fences. To this end my solution has been to create a "club" and acquire the appropriate insurance. The course is suitable for complete beginner horses and riders, novice horses and riders and intermediate riders and horses. (It would not be really challenging for advanced horses, though fun). There are some 23 fences that can be jumped in either direction. I have added two fences this year and modified another. We are working hard to build a water complex and if you are able to contribute in any way that would be wonderful.

I would like to extend an invitation to ANYBODY WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED to come and walk the  course and if interested to join the club. The fee to join will be $35.00 payable to the club which will include one ride. Thereafter there will be a $15.00 fee per horse each time you come to ride the course payable to Cedar Ridge Ranch. Members only may ride the course due to the insurance coverage.
If I discover that there is enough interest in the Valley, I would like to organize an event or two during the summer and fall seasons. I look forward to your participation and sharing my fences with you. New Fences are being added on a regular basis.
