  1. ENTRIES:   Entry fees include $25.00 non refundable office fee.  Entries limited to 60 riders.
  2. REFUNDS:  Before closing date – less $25.00 non –refundable office fee, must be in writing.  After closing date no refunds. 
  3. TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE:  we will start with class 1 - Introduction to eventing at 8.30

Dressage: 8.00 am  Cross Country 930 am   Show Jumping 12.45 ap.
STARTING TIMES:   Starting times will be posted on our website www.alexandrascrosscountryclub.comm after 6pm on the 16th of August.

  1. AWARDS:  Ribbons through 8th place. Instant Software Perpetual Challenge Plates in each division 

IINSTANT SOFTWARE Perpetual Challenge Plates will be awarded in each division by those competing in all three phases.. Prize giving and party in the Yurt at approximately 3 pm.

  1. DIRECTIONS:  Cedar Ridge Ranch, County Road 103, Carbondale CO 81623.

From Interstate 1-70 West.  Leave I-70 at exit 116 follow traffic  around to the right. 
From Interstate 1-70 East.  Leave I-70 at exit 116 follow traffic to the left and go under Interstate bridge.
Right at traffic lights, stay in right lane follow traffic across bridge (Hwy 82).  Stay on Hwy 82 for 13.75 miles.  Just after the Lafarge Stone Quarry (on your left shoulder)  get into center median and turn onto county Road 103.  Go straight up County Rd 103 for 3 miles and the entrance to Cedar Ridge Ranch will be in front of you at the beginning of a sharp right hand corner.
From Aspen Hwy 82.  Just after Cassey’s Concrete mile marker 13.75 turn right onto County Rd 106. Go straight up County Road 103 for 3 miles and the entrance to Cedar Ridge Ranch will be in front of you at the beginning of a sharp right hand corner.

  1. DRESSAGE:  Tests and arena sizes.  Test will be indoors, small arena 20 m x 40 m

    • CROSS COUNTRY:  I 250 mpm fences not to exceed 1’3”.  BN 300 mpm fences not to exceed 2’3”.  N 350 mpm fences not to exceed 2’9”.  Riders may walk to course as of 10 am Friday 21st of August.  Some fence heights will be adjusted just prior to the class. There will be an official schooling day on 23rd August, riders must be active members of Alexandra’s Cross Country Club to ride on the course. 
    • RELEASE FORMS.  3 RELEASE FORMS MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO MOUNTING.  ACCC, WCC AND CEDAR RIDGE ALL HAVE SEPARATE LIABILITY WAIVER FORMS THAT MUST BE SIGNED.
    • FOOD AND DRINK:  Wind Walkers Theurapeutic Riding Organization will be hosting the catering during the event.  Water will be liberally available at the beginning  and end of the cross country, at the jumping arena and dressage arena.
    • EMT:  EMT services provided by Carbondale Fire Department and one of their volunteer EMTs. ($10.00 per rider.)
    • DOGS :  Must be kept on leash and under control at all times.
    • VET:  We hope to provide a “VET CHECK”  at the end of the cross country course.
