Entries Closing Date: entries accepted on the day $5.00 extra if rider has not already registered by October 14th, 2 DAYS prior to show date. If you have already registered and decide to ride in an additional event you only be charged $20.00 per ride on the course. You must be a member of ACCC to ride the course. If you have not yet joined membership is $35. from July 15th to July 14th the following year.

Class 1-- NO FENCES, SPEED 250 MPM – open to all riders and horses
Class 2-- FENCES NOT TO EXCEED 1’3”, SPEED 250 MPM – open to all riders and horses Class 3 - FENCES NOT TO EXCEED 2’3”, SPEED 300 MPM – open to all riders and horses Class 4 - FENCES NOT TO EXCEED 2’9”, SPEED 350 MPM – open to all riders and horses Class 5 - FENCES NOT TO EXCEED 3'6", SPEED 400 MPM - opent to all riders and horses
per round : $20.00 we accept credit card payments($2.50 convenience fee). $25 per ride on the course after closing date. if you have not already registered to ride you will be charge an extra $5.00 if you register on the day EMT per rider: $10.00 Number Deposit: $10.00 (please write separate check)
Stabling: $25.00 per night for a stall (contact Carrie Washburn 970.963.3507) /corral $15.00 per night make separate payment to Cedar Ridge Ranch.

- You may enter all and any classes as many times as you deem your horse fit to do so. You are responsible for your horse's well being.
- You may enter as a single rider, as pair or a threesome. cost is still $20.00 per ride per rider/horse combination on the course and if you have not registered prior to the event $25.00 per ride
- REFUNDS: no refunds
- TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE: we will start with class 1 at 10.30 am
- AWARDS: Ribbons through 8th place.
- ACCOMODATION: Please call we might be able to find friends who might be able to accommodate you overnight.

- DIRECTIONS: Cedar Ridge Ranch, County Road 103, Carbondale CO 81623.
From Interstate 1-70 West. Leave I-70 at exit 116 follow traffic around to the right. From Interstate 1-70 East. Leave I-70 at exit 116 follow traffic to the left and go under Interstate bridge. Right at traffic lights, stay in right lane follow traffic across bridge (Hwy 82). Stay on Hwy 82 for 13.75 miles. Just after the Lafarge Stone Quarry (on your left shoulder) get into center median and turn onto county Road 103. Go straight up County Rd 103 for 3 miles and the entrance to Cedar Ridge Ranch will be in front of you at the beginning of a sharp right hand corner. From Aspen Hwy 82. Just after Cassey’s Concrete mile marker 13.75 turn right onto County Rd 106. Go straight up County Road 103 for 3 miles and the entrance to Cedar Ridge Ranch will be in front of you at the beginning of a sharp right hand corner. - CROSS COUNTRY Classes 1 (hilltoppers, no fences) and 2: 250 mpm fences not to exceed 1’3”.Class 3: 300 mpm fences not to exceed 2’3”. Class 4: 350 mpm fences not to exceed 2’9”. Class 5: 400 mpm fences not to exceed 3'6'.
- Riders may walk to course as of 10 am Friday 16th 2009. Some fence heights will be adjusted just prior to the class.
- Riders must be active members of Alexandra’s Cross Country Club to ride on the course. $35.00 annual membership 7/15/2010 - 7/14/2011.
- RELEASE FORMS. 2 RELEASE FORMS MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO MOUNTING. ACCC AND CEDAR RIDGE ALL HAVE SEPARATE LIABILITY WAIVER FORMS THAT MUST BE SIGNED.
- FOOD AND DRINK: Wind Walkers Theurapeutic Riding Organization will be hosting the catering during the event. Water will be liberally available at the beginning and end of the cross country.
- EMT: EMT services provided by Carbondale Fire Department. ($10.00 per rider.)
- DOGS : Must be kept on leash and under control at all times.
- DRESS: Appropriate safety gear should be worn on the course. Hats, boots are required.Body protection required in jumping classes.
